classic versus contemporary typographer comparison

this typography assigment asked students to choose two famous typographers to compare; one classic and one contemporary typographer. i selected Margaret Calvert and Matthew Carter. this book covers information about their lives and their work, and ultimately compares them, connecting on the common themes of surface and accessibilty.
